I adapt your remote personal training to you, your space and whatever equipment you do or don't have. So all you need for professional 1-2-1 support with your home fitness is a smartphone or webcam.
I am not Joe Wicks, but even if I was remote 1-2-1 Personal Training is not the same as watching a fitness video. It is a two way interaction between you and your Personal Trainer. It is just as important, or more so, that I am able to observe and talk to you through the session as you train - in this way, I make sure that you are using good form, avoiding injury and training at exactly the right intensity for your personal health and fitness.
I always plan individual training sessions in advance that are progressive but right for you, taking account of your fitness level, personal training goals and any medical conditions you may have. However these are not set in stone and I will adapt and respond during the session as needed to make sure that you are always exercising within safe limits and in a way that is right for you.
1-2-1 Personal Training packages, whether in person or by Skype, always include regular fitness checks, progress tracking, an individual training programme, support with food and nutrition and personal home workouts for you to complete in between our training sessions.
1-2-1 live personal training is particularly suited for people new to fitness, those with medical conditions who will need advanced tailored exercise or those who prefer the personal support of a fitness professional, so you can be confident that your home training is perfectly suited to your own circumstances and goals.
